A data center can only be properly managed if the supporting infrastructure is kept in perfect working order. Preventive maintenance is there to underpin the data center’s daily operations.  

Simac offers maintenance as a complementary service 

A team of dedicated specialists with the required technical know-how will periodically intervene on-site to carry out predefined maintenance activities. This same team is on standby 24/7 (subject to contractual obligations and agreements) to solve issues in a timely fashion, should they arise. Services are oriented towards power (UPS) and cooling (HVAC), as they are different trades requiring different skills and equipment.

Services may range from changing oil or removing dust, to replacing filters of different kinds. Our maintenance crews provide responsive, effective support for clients in the various technologies they manage. Depending upon the service level agreement (SLA), the frequency of maintenance interventions may vary. Our offering may include basic services, such as preventive maintenance and next-business-day repair missions during business hours, and up to 24/7 break/fix within 4-hours on-site interventions for critical applications.

In any case, Simac’s objective is clear: to offer effective solutions with the least possible delay, using the latest methodologies, tools and technologies.
